The article deals with some peculiarities of medical-and-social characteristics of people with respiratory tuberculosis and correlation of these factors with patients’ state of health and the impact on it. The authors present an integrated index of the respiratory tuberculosis development. Some models, showing the correlation of the integrated index, the disease duration and the frequency of presentations to the tuberculosis dispensary, the exacerbation and duration of the tuberculosis process, and the well-being evaluation according to medical-and-social risk factors are given.
