Real object is always inhomogeneous, homogeneity – it is assumption which simplifies object presentation and solution of different tasks tied in with it. It is necessary to consider inhomogeneity if you need to specify some task because it is move to the next more complex level of examination. At this rate it is need to formulate inhomogeneity criterion, investigate destruction process and bring forth interpretation of the phenomenon of reproduction impossibility of acoustic emission (AE) activity by repeated loading of testing object (Kaiser Effect). The article includes modelling example of strength inhomogeneity and analyzes information value of Kaiser Effect with regard to danger state degree of object state from the standpoint of micromechanical model of time curves of acoustic emission characteristics logging by loading of constructional materials and technical objects.
