Main task of inter - laboratory test is competence analysis and rejection of non – competent laboratories on its results. Statistical algorithm of competence analysis is developed here for laboratories taken part in inter – laboratory tests. This algorithm is based on preliminary standardization performed using measurements transformation into correspondent Student’s fractions. Incompetence conditions are formed for anomalous measurement error and for several moderate measurement errors. Correspondent decision rules are built for analysis algorithm.
