THE ALGORITHM OF SPECTRAL-TIME ANALYSIS OF SIGNALS IN DEVICES OF COMPUTERS

The paper discusses methods for spectral analysis of signals. Discusses the importance of reliable measurement systems. The possibility of solving many practical and scientific problems in the collection and analysis of information using a universal computing systems. A diagram of information-measuring system and the method of streaming are considered. The proposal algorithm spectral-temporal analysis of telecommunication systems, it allows you to determine the degree of compression and window size of the transmitted data on the basis of simulation.
