The article discusses the problem of objectification of educational activities on the example of the organization of the educational program at higher school. The educational activities -structure uncertainty as a complex in the context of its recursiveness and external complement is considered. It is shown that a significant proportion of the uncertainty that occurs in the process of organizing the educational program is measurable and partially eliminated through regularization through hybrid mathematical modeling. To education this problem, a mathematical model is being developed to measure the subjectivity of the tasks of the organization of educational program. At the same time, subjectivity is understood as the share of the participation of the subject in the tasks of organizing the educational program at all stages of its life cycle. A systematic education of the regularization process made it possible to detect the cognitive context of mathematical modeling when applied to it. This descriptive modeling function is most clearly manifested in the objectification of solving the problems to organizing the educational program under the conditions of systematic regularization. An expert study conducted at SibSUTIS made it possible to measure the degree of objectivization and descriptivization. Also to determine their multiple increase in the process of regularization against the background of increasing the reliability and accuracy of education results, as well as the efficiency of solving most of the problems of organizing educational program. Thus, the criteria for the regularization of educational activities were discovered and formalized.
