THE SIMULATION OF WORKING OF DEPARTMENTS IN THE COMPANY

The paper presents a discussion of the main approaches that are used in the simulation of the work units in the organization. The difficulties are demonstrated that may face managers in the implementation of modeling methods in information systems planning and optimization companies. The role of imitation simulation as one of the promising ways to enhance the performance of organizations is stressed.
