This article focuses on the preliminary stage of management optimization—structuring a digitalized organizational system for drug supply and the management decision-making process. The importance of the growing trend toward expanding the range of digital services in interactions between consumers and suppliers of drugs for research is highlighted. The characteristics of consumer and supplier objects are defined, influencing the fulfillment of the control center's requirements for performance indicators when integrating a set of objects into an organizational whole. It is shown that the interaction of digital services managed by objects is achieved through digital monitoring of connection characteristics and the creation of digital twins of consumers and suppliers. The structural model of a digitalized organizational system for drug supply reflects the integration of all these components to implement the control center's objectives. The described structural model of operation defines the initial prerequisites for the development of a structural management model. The need to combine two modes of management decision-making in digital management is substantiated: administrative-expert and intelligent support for these decisions based on optimization modeling. Management actions within the framework of the administrative-expert decision on the product range-volume, logistics, and financial components, as well as meeting the requirements of the control center, necessitate the development of three optimization tasks. Each of these tasks involves defining the optimized variables for selecting alternatives. The first alternative involves determining the product range of the consumer's application, the second involves approving the logistics conditions for interaction between consumers and suppliers, and the third involves selecting a specific supplier based on the product range of the consumer's application, taking into account the solutions to the first two tasks and balancing financial resources. The consistent application of numerical optimization across these components enables the final management decision to be made.
