DOI:
The development of high technology dictates the necessity of implementation of modern mobile applications for solving healthcare problems. Planimetric studies of the tissue defect allow to estimate the wound repair dynamics reliably. Mobile applications market does not abound in software for planimetry. In this article the authors provide information on their own experience of the use of the mobile application «+WoundDesk» for evaluation of wound repair dynamics under experimental conditions in comparison to traditional planimetric methods. Using up the mobile application «+WoundDesk» simplifies mathematical calculations of tissue defect parameters, eliminates the necessity of additional measuring instruments and speeds up the data processing
