The article analyzes the problems of life-cycle management of electronic educational
resources. To solve them, it is necessary to develop a system for managing and supporting the life cycle
of educational content. The aim of the work is to create a comprehensive scientific approach to the
intellectual management of the stages of the life cycle of electronic educational resources with adaptive
tuning to the changing requirements of standards and employers. As part of the development of the
concept of managing the life cycle of electronic resources, it is proposed to develop a management
model based on a detailed analysis of the life cycle model of educational content, as well as a set of indicators and an integrated assessment of the life cycle of electronic resources. The model describes
the input parameters and external influences that affect the process of resource development from the
beginning of development to decommissioning, the resources involved, as well as output results. The
proposed indicators and integrated assessment will assess the effectiveness of the process of managing
the life cycle of educational content. The developed system provides continuous management of the life
cycle of electronic educational resources, adaptive updating of educational content and is included in
the composition of the Smart Learning Environment, which allows to reduce costs in developing
resources and to qualitatively improve educational material.
