THE TASK OF STIMULATING OPTIMAL WORK PLANS OF CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS

We consider the problem of optimal work plans stimulation of the penitentiary system correctional institutions (CIS), which provides the required value of integrated assessment activities at a given reliability (risk of not doing). As the decision the mechanism of counter plans stimulation for discrete models of active systems is implemented.
