THE USE OF TESTING TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN ORGANIZATIONS

The possibility is discussed of testing for the assessment of competencies in organizations. The possibility is indicated of reducing the errors in evaluating the results of testing of candidates for a certain position. The advantages and drawbacks of psychological testing are shown.
