The paper deals with the construction of a mathematical model of search and evaluation of recruitment on the labour market. Describes the most common methods of personnel selection: interview (interview), the use of an assessment centre testing. Many candidates divided into two classes: the workers, who have completed a probationary period at the client company, and those who didn't have it. Use a scoring model in which a vector of factors, reflecting the information provided in the summary of the employee that influence the dependent binary variable having the meaning of the successful completion of the employee probation period. In the case of nonlinear models, one possibility to determine the measure of the quality of a fitted model is to compare the number of incorrect predictions produced by the long model, and the predictions obtained by models in which the explanatory variable is only a constant.
