THE ANALYSIS OF DECISION MAKING RISKS DURING THE ESTIMATION OF TEST DIAGNOSTICS RESULTS OF CONTROL SYSTEMS ELEMENTS

In this paper a processing and decision-making questions by test diagnostics results of control systems elements are resolved. The problem of diagnostics procedures quality providing is formulated, the importance of testing results decoding and estimation step is shown, the research purpose is defined. The diagnostic model of verify the correct functioning with elementary function as atomic checking object is offered. The basic provisions of math statistics for decision making events estimation are analyzed. The general terms and conditions for compensation event determination of differential assessments by integral result are entered, such as positive and negative compensation, «hard» and «soft» compensation conditions, threshold values of decision making; the illustrated examples are given. The possibility of error decision making risk due to linear format of selected criteria and compensation event by integral result of differential components is shown. The method of quantitative assessment of risks for binary and multilevel estimation scales is offered. The analysis of compensation events probabilistic characteristics for decision making different conditions is executed. The practical recommendation for the compensation consequences consideration for binary and multilevel estimation scales and risk analysis of error decision making by the diagnostic results of control systems elements are given.
