ON THE APPROACH TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT TOOLS FOR AUTOMATED RECORDING AND ANALYSIS OF STAFF TIME

The task of correct accounting of working time of the employee is closely related to the control of labor discipline and the use of working time, the evaluation of deadlines, accounting for the time spent on a particular task (which is especially important when paying by the hour, for example, when outsourcing services).The authors propose a new approach to the automated analysis of activity intervals and downtime of the employee at the computer. The article presents a formalized formulation of the problem, allowing to take into account the periods of activity and potential inactivity in the preparation of useful working time. The aspects of practical implementation of software tools based on this approach are described. The stack of three technologies was used: AutoIt, Python, 1C:Enterprise platform. With the help of the script language AutoIt implemented interception of user actions and recording in the log files of the necessary information in encrypted form. Data analysis was carried out in Python, user activity peaks were monitored. On the platform "1C:Enterprise" the user interface was implemented and the General management of the program was carried out.
