Proposed Approach to the construction of a diagnostic system for the technical condition of the aircraft avionics complex based on intelligent information technologies in order to ensure flight safety is proposed. An intelligent diagnostic system is developed and the problem of diagnosing the technical condition of objects performing information signal transformations is solved. The possibility of managing redundancy in the complex of on-board equipment using an intelligent diagnostic system is justified. The principle of constructing such a system is implemented in the interests of solving the problem of automatically constructing a diagnostic model of the diagnostic object through the use of artificial intelligence methods. This allows you to implement in the form of software a unified (invariant to various objects) intelligent diagnostic system in the on-board equipment complex, built on the principle of integrated modular avionics. In turn, an important feature of the implementation and application of an intelligent diagnostic system is the possibility of functioning (training) and completing a task for its intended purpose (diagnostics of a technical condition) in real time. The learning process of an intelligent diagnostic system can be carried out in two main ways: training with a teacher (which is most relevant in the process of testing an object of aviation equipment for reliability), and training without a teacher (is a completely autonomous way, most relevant in the process of testing an object of control or intended use ) In the process of testing the object of control for reliability, an intelligent diagnostic system will form an intelligent database of models of the initial (correct) functioning of the object of control of the complex of on-board equipment with subsequent recognition of precautionary states and their classification (clustering).
