С системной позиции рассматриваются наиболее актуальные вопросы развития общей теории управления, а именно: проникновения управленческих идей в сферу физических наук; изменения объекта изучения и расширения типов изучаемых процессов; взаимосвязанного исследования процессов эволюционного, самоорганизационного и конфликтного управления; комплексного изучения ресурсно-коммуникационных проблем управления; перехода от редукции к разработке специфических методов моделирования процессов управления; ориентации на решение текущих проблем тотальной информатизацией общества.
The system approach covers the most topical issues of development of the general theory of governance, namely: the penetration of management ideas in the field of physical sciences, changes in the object of study and type extension of the studied processes; related studies of evolutionary processes, self-organization and conflict management; comprehensive study resource and communication problems management, the transition from a reduction in the development of specific methods of modeling management processes focus on solving problems in the total computerization of society.
