The analysis of problems in educational system by preparation and adaptation of modern experts is carried out. The factors are shown influencing the successful adaptation of graduates. The criteria which can be used in the analysis of adaptedness of the trained are considered. The tasks which can be solved when modeling educational and professional adaptation of university graduates are noted. The structure of such model is given.
