This paper examines the key aspects of using some sequential schemes to solve plasma physics problems. The objective of the paper is to develop a methodology for identifying parallel structures in sequential numerical schemes and to implement this methodology in a computing cluster. This study is of an applied nature and is aimed at solving a practical problem. The numerical schemes are adapted to modern computing systems. Historically, the first electronic computers operated in sequential mode. The advantage of the numerical schemes used is the possibility of decomposition with subsequent integration of parallel computations. With the increasing complexity of the problems being solved, the need for efficient use of parallel architectures has arisen. The authors analyze the concept of "internal parallelism" in numerical schemes for solving highly complex problems. This approach allows the implementation of algorithms based on existing numerical schemes. This paper shows an example of using the large-particle method in modeling plasma parameters. The numerical model of this method demon-strates how studying the structure of the developed algorithm, constructing its graph, and analyzing its computational stability enables parallel computation. A mathematical description of the problem and a diagram of the solution algorithm are provided. The stages of model construction are described in detail. The solution is decomposed, computations are distributed among clusters, and the stability of the structures is analyzed. The algorithm forms the basis for the developed prototype software for calculating the model's key parameters. The software application enables the solution of practical problems from the general to the specific, i. e., the development of computing systems from the full operational cycle to the development of applications.
